I wanted to post another update today to let you know we launched a t-shirt fundraiser for Alex.

We would love to sell 300 #TeamAlex shirts and have you stand with Alex as he fights!

We aim to have 300 people wearing the #TeamAlex shirts on the days he has chemo treatments. 

You can buy them from anywhere in the US. There are also lots of styles and colors!

Here are a couple more updates from the day…

—– PRAISES —-

• Alex and Alissa went for a 30-minute walk outside, and she only ran him off the sidewalk once 😀
• Alex was able to increase his liquid IV nutrition.
• Alissa’s brother, Lance, arrived safely from Florida.
• Alex’s cancer blood markers were decreased, which means the cancer is responding to the chemo!!!!
• Alex had more energy today!

—- PRAYERS —-

• Supernatural Healing.
• Alex needs to increase his albumin level to go to MD Anderson. Albumin levels in the blood can indicate nutritional status. Please pray that he can eat without pain and tolerate the IV nutrition to increase it!
• Pray for peace, provision, and comfort to Alex, Alissa, and the kids.
• For Alex to get stronger and have pain controlled, he can be discharged from the hospital.

Thank you for sharing in this family’s burden. You have lifted them up in prayer, sacrificially given to them, provided meals, cleaned their house, sent gift cards, bought Christmas presents, spent time with the kids, sent encouraging texts/calls, and more. THANK YOU!
