Hi, this is Morgan again with a quick update.

Alex’s oncologist has gotten parts of the biopsy results back. Some of the results show that this cancer is very aggressive, so the Oncologist wanted him to start chemo right away.

They put in his port this morning, and then he started his treatment this afternoon. They will need to keep him in the hospital till Friday to watch for any adverse reactions to the treatment. They are hoping he will be able to go home by the weekend.

They plan to go to MD Anderson in Houston for a second opinion and to see all treatment options. They plan to research as much as possible to determine the best next steps.

They are trusting God and holding onto His promises. They are so thankful for every prayer!

Ways to pray-

• Supernatural healing
• For the doctors to find a way to get his stomach pain under control so he can eat
• That he would regain strength
• Continued prayer for Alissa and the kids as they journey alongside their dad
• Continued peace and wisdom for the family
• Pray they can get a quick appointment at MD Anderson
